Dental Marketing by City
Real local market knowledge, not generic city templates. Every market below is backed by a real, live website we've built for a practice there.
Houston, Texas
Houston is one of the largest and fastest-growing dental markets in the country: a metro of more than seven million people spread across a wide, car-dependent geography of distinct suburbs, from The Woodlands to Sugar Land to Katy. That scale cuts both ways. Patient demand is enormous, but so is the number of competing practices, and winning here depends on showing up for your specific neighborhood or suburb, not the entire metro at once.
Fort Worth, Texas
Fort Worth is a large, fast-growing North Texas city with its own identity and its own patient base, distinct from Dallas even though the two are often lumped together as "DFW." That distinction matters for marketing: a practice that only targets "Dallas Fort Worth" broadly competes with the entire metroplex, while a practice that clearly targets Fort Worth itself, its neighborhoods, and its history-rich local identity around the Stockyards, wins the patients who are actually searching for a dentist near them.
San Francisco Bay Area, California
The Bay Area is one of the most expensive, most competitive, and highest-value dental markets in the country. A tech-driven, highly educated population expects a polished digital experience and does not hesitate to pay for quality care, especially for elective and cosmetic treatment, but that same population also has more practices bidding for its attention than almost anywhere else, and ad costs here run well above the national average.
Why there are three cities here and not three hundred
Most agency location pages are generated from a spreadsheet. One template, a place name swapped in, and a few hundred cities live overnight. It is cheap to produce, it reads as though nobody has ever been to the place being described, and since the 2024 scaled content abuse policy it is also a reasonable way to get an entire site demoted.
We only publish a market page when we have actually worked with a practice there. Every city above is backed by a real, live website we designed and built for a real client in that market, which is why the list is short and why it grows slowly. The market context on each page comes from that engagement: how far patients in that metro will realistically drive, which suburbs behave as separate markets, what the local competition looks like, and where ad costs sit relative to the national average.
That has a practical consequence worth being direct about. If your city is not listed, it does not mean we cannot help you. We work with practices nationwide, and most of our clients are outside these three markets. It only means we have not yet earned the right to write a page claiming local knowledge we do not have.
What each market page is actually for is narrower than the city name suggests. It is not a general argument that dental marketing works. It is a record of the things that are true about that specific metro and change what we would recommend there: how far a patient will realistically travel, whether the suburbs behave as separate markets or one, where click costs sit relative to the national average, and which competitors are genuinely in the running versus which merely appear in the same report.
Those details are the difference between a campaign that works and one that spends correctly and still fails. Two practices with identical budgets, identical websites, and identical treatment mixes will get very different results in Houston and in the Bay Area, and almost none of that difference is visible in a national benchmark.
The same standard applies to the proof on each page. A case study is only cited as evidence for a specialty when the work genuinely matched that specialty. Where it does not, the page says so and cites the work as general local credibility instead. It costs us some persuasive force on a few pages, and it means everything on the site survives being checked.
